Counselling, Coaching or Psychotherapy?
Therapy or Psychotherapy is an approach to counselling that uses evidence based therapeutic approaches with the clients who may be dealing with mental health challenges, addictions or other serious life disturbances. Counselling at Gray Matter Health is often used to describe sessions designed to assist anyone who requires support, intervention, mediation, conflict resolution or simple talk therapy. Coaching refers to the type of work done with individual clients who require motivation, career direction, or self improvement strategies.
Our therapy services are private, confidential and we provide a safe space for dialogue.
